Arrived damage...

The mirror arrived damaged. As always Great Offer Stock quickly corrected the issue and I'm waiting on a new mirror. For the price, it was frustrating to receive a damaged mirror. It's absolutely gorgeous, a good weight, and it makes a room look elegant!! Cannot wait to hang it in my living room.

Quality is messy

I love the look of this mirror. It is similar to the Z Galleries mirror. This one is flat, where the Z Galleries mirror is 3 dimensional as the frame weaves up and down in a basket weave fashion. It is not as beautiful as Z Galleries mirror for this reason. There was a lot of excess glue holding in the little pieces of mirror. My husband used an Exacto knife to cut them out. After removing these pieces of glue, I was happy with the mirror. It's price was much better than Z Galleries so I was happy about that.

The price is a steal

I also saw a similar item like this at XXXXXXXXX a few months ago and didn't like how bulky it was off the wall. Searched mirrors online and came across this mirror that looked just like the one I saw but flat!! I ordered this item and when I received the mirror it looked exactly how it looks in the picture above. I'm a happy customer of this product, it fits perfect in my dinning room.

Beautiful, but arrived with big defects.

I had seen the mirror in person before ordering so I know it's beautiful. However, the one we received had very noticeable defects: there were large, noticeable gaps btwn the the mirror pieces and the frame as though the wrong pieces had been put in. For this price, I would expect a better product. The manufacturer's quality check process doesn't seem to be very good. Great Offer Stock handled the return easily. Hopefully the replacement will be perfect, b/c it's very beautiful!
